About Me

I'm Ganesh Prasad Bhatt, a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer based in Kathmandu, Nepal, with over 4 years of hands-on experience building production-grade web applications. I currently work at Brainstorm Force, where I contribute to Spectra — a WordPress Gutenberg blocks plugin powering over one million active websites. My work there involves full-stack feature development across PHP, React, and REST APIs, with a strong focus on system performance, architecture quality, and security practices.

Before Brainstorm Force, I spent three years at ThemeGrill, where I grew significantly as an engineer. I built features for multiple WordPress products covering forms, learning management systems, authentication, analytics, and payment processing. I refactored large legacy codebases, optimized MySQL queries, and mentored junior developers — experiences that shaped me into someone who thinks about code not just as a solution to today's problem but as something that has to be maintained, scaled, and understood by others.

My core belief is that great software is built at the intersection of technical excellence and product thinking. I care deeply about writing clean, well-structured code, but equally about understanding why a feature exists and what user problem it solves. I'm drawn to projects that challenge me architecturally and to teams that take craftsmanship seriously.

When I'm not coding, I'm exploring the WordPress and React ecosystems, contributing to open source where I can, or learning about system design and engineering leadership.
